To show our appreciation in supporting our business, J Health and Beauty offer FREE AU shipping on all orders!
An email confirmation will be sent once your order is processed and shipped. The email will include the tracking number of your package where you can check the status of your delivery. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package. Â
Processing your order
An email confirmation will be sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this as proof of purchase. Â
Delivery Times
Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Please note, delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Fridays. Delivery and processing times may be longer than normal during peak periods such as sales times, Christmas and Mother’s Day. Please allow extra time for delivery during these peak times.
We make every effort to dispatch online orders within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed the following business day.
All items are shipped using Australia Post. The standard delivery times for regular Parcel Post are:
Same state: 2-4 business daysÂ
Interstate: 3-6 business days Â
Returns
We will accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered and allow up to 21 days to process any return request for refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be in saleable condition, that is it is unused with all original sealed packaging and where the product seal is not broken or tampered and you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase.
If you received a product that is damaged or faulty, we do offer a refund or replacement if you contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered, any claim after this period may not be accepted.
Please Contact us and we can assist you with the returns process. Please ensure you have a receipt or proof of purchase including your order number and/or date of purchase.
Refunds
J Health and Beauty will assess the item to determine whether a refund will be offered in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Financial institutions may vary in time to process refunds. If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
